in Alcalá de Henares - Madrid, Salamanca and Málaga
cities which allow an attractive and safe Spanish course program for young students age 14
through 17 years of age. Students can learn the Spanish language and enjoy their
vacations in these beautiful cities.

Contents of the Junior Spanish Program
The Spanish classes The course consists of 20 lessons per week of
50 minutes each, in an international and fun atmosphere. Classes are very
dynamic and practical, in which students learn to use the Spanish language in daily life
situations. Special individualized attention is achieved with small classes of no
more than 10.
Cultural activities and weekend excursions In the
afternoons the junior students can take advantage of the cultural activities to
speak in Spanish and enjoy time with other participants and the professors. They
also visit historical monuments and museums, get together with other youth for
sports or see videos or movies in Spanish. Students will learn about places of
historical and cultural interest by participating in Saturday excursions.
The Accommodations
Spanish families. Students may live with a selected Spanish family, which
will help them to integrate quickly to the customs of Spain.
Residence. In Alcalá de Henares students have the option of living in a
residence, with sports installations and 24 hour reception and security
services.
Transportation service from the airport
As an optional service, students can request transfer from the airport to the
destination city. A representative of Escuela Internacional meets the student at
the Madrid Barajas Airport or in the Malaga airport to then take them to the
assigned accommodations.
Security and control
Alcalá de Henares and Salamanca are tranquil cities, of medium size, ideal for
students to become familiar with and without necessity of public transportation.
The Escuela Internacional building in Malaga is situated in a tranquil
residential area, Pedregalejo, very near the beach. In Alcalá de Henares and
Salamanca the installations are in the city center.
Students must follow norms established both by the school and parents, such as
a daily curfew, as well as demonstrating appropriate behavior during the program.
