Costa Rica - San Rafael de C. - Arrival

If you choose to study in San Rafael de Coronado, arrival transfer service can be arranged upon request. With this service you will be met at the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San José and driven to your accommodation in San Rafael. This is an optional service. Travel time between the San Jose Airport and San Rafael can take between 45 and 60 minutes depending on traffic. Departure service is also available for any student upon request.

The transportation service is available from 8:00 - 22:00 hours.

If you will be traveling on your own by car from the San Jose city center to the center at Quinta Topopan, you will go through Guadalupe to (S. Isidro de) Coronado and to the church. Continue in the direction of the central bus station. Once you reach the bus station go about 900 meters in the direction of San Rafael and Las Nubes. The entrance to Quinta Toyopan is on the left.

If you will be traveling by public bus, the buses travel from early in the morning until 11:00 P.M. between the central bus station in Coronado and Calle Central and Avenida 7 in the center of San Jose.
