Have you read
Don Quijote? Escuela
Internacional is celebrating the 400th anniversary of the publication of "El
Quijote" with a special course "Don Quijote 2005" in Alcalá de
Henares, the birthplace of Miguel Cervantes, the author of "The Ingenious
Nobleman Don Quijote of la Mancha". Alcalá, along with the Community
of Madrid is scheduling various cultural events about Don Quijote over the
course of 2005. In addition to studying the Spanish language in our
Principal
Course, you will participate in 10 seminars about Don Quijote, visit the Cervantes'
home and museum, the church where he was baptized, and also go on an excursion
to Castilla – La Mancha to see many of the settings presented in Don Quijote.
This course is first available in June during the
"Classics in Alcalá"
festival which features many cultural activities; theatre, dance, & music. Then in
August, the course coincides with the annual fair and fiestas for Alcalá de

they organize concerts, other spectacular entertainments and
