Accommodations - Spain - Entire Apartments
The conditions for renting an entire apartment are that you must rent the apartment by calendar month (from 1st to 30th) and there is a minimum stay of one month. You can consult the price of an entire apartment by consulting our
accommodation prices. Please note that the price of renting an apartment in Málaga increases during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
When you request an apartment at the time of registration, we require a nonrefundable deposit of the first month’s rent. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will look for an appropriate apartment for your stay. Once we have selected one or more possibilities we can give you a description of the apartment and inform you of the conditions for that particular apartment.
The deposit is an advance for the price of the first month of rent for the apartment. You must pay the remaining amount for the apartment on the first day of classes along with other course fees.
Fully furnished apartments will have between 2-3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen
and bathroom. The apartment will have a washing machine, television and a fully
equipped kitchen for cooking meals. If you have not paid the full amount prior
to arrival, we will request that you pay the remaining amount on the first day
of class when paying your course fees.
