Accommodations - Spain - Student Apartments
What is the Apartment like?
In each apartment there are 3-5 furnished rooms with one or two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a lounge with a television. You will be sharing the apartment with other Spanish or International students. The number of housemates will vary, depending on the apartment.
You have the option of a single room or a double room that you will share with another person. If you would like to register with a friend, sibling, or as a couple you can be placed in the same apartment either in a single room each, or together in a double room. The price for the double room is per person.
Apartment Conditions
Room occupation.
The room reservation is for the person indicated on the enrollment only. No other person may share the room with the enrolled student. If you would like to have a visitor, or other person accompanying you, you must notify the school and pay the corresponding fees. Outside of the summer/high season we can normally make arrangements for additional accommodations if you will be traveling with someone else that will not be attending the course.
Duration:
The reservation for the apartments works on a weekly basis. For all courses the reservation for the apartment will begin one day before the course starts (Sunday) and will end one day after the course finishes (Saturday). If you are going to arrive in Spain a few days before the course starts or will be leaving a few days later, we can also arrange extra nights.
Keys:
You can collect the keys of the apartment at the address that we will provide you with on your Registration Confirmation. If you request our transportation service, our representative will give you the keys when they take you to your apartment.
Sheets and Laundry:
You must bring, sheets, towels and personal belongings. There are washing machines in the apartments for washing clothes.
Bills:
The price of the apartments is per person and includes expenses such as light and water, but not gas. You can estimate about
3 euros per week for gas expenses.
Cooking:
You have the option of making your own meals in the apartment, since the apartment is equipped for this, or eating in restaurants. Many students decide to buy food, prepare meals and eat together.
Cleaning:
You should discuss and agree on equal division of cleaning responsibilities
amongst all flat-mates.
